2002-07-14 - 10:13 p.m. Don't make it bad Take a sad song And make it better Remember to let her into your heart And you can start to make it better -Hey Jude, The Beatles Wassap. This is the obligatory two-person Diary post that I often engage in, being the cosmopolitan (which has something to do with being made of three different flavours, I'm sure - most likely Tikka Masala, Vindaloo, and Korma) jet-setting (I can do a Jet impersonation!!) tiedyed catboy (climb up trees, don't climb down) that I am. TODAY'S TOPICS: THE WEATHER CURRY TMBG LILO AND STITCH WATER ICE CREAM AYRN: The weather has been very muggy. I'm not used to this humidity coupled with the temperature. Scotland was cold, but the moisture acted almost like a big fuzzy blanket - except for certain bollock-removing days in which it would act as an agent in the flash-freezing process for anyone who wanted to go out. PSYCHE: It feels a bit misplaced, because I'd rather have had the extreme heat during the Camping Thingy. AYRN: My opinion on curry has already been stated and re-stated, most often using the words 'Socks' and 'Rocks,' in no particular order. It bears mentioning that on-the-bone curries and with-the-skin curries act as a general turn-off, due to my experiences in Paris. *cough* Not that I didn't enjoy the culinary feats of certain hosts of mine, I just...yeah. Nerves and stuff. But anyway, the powdered curry gamble and the Chickpea Mash curry gamble for Mira's folks really paid off. PSYCHE: Curry is excellent, Corwin's curry is excellent, Corwin scored major points with myself and my family for making us curry, and there are too many indian restaurants in New Haven. AYRN: TMBG. Uh. Abstain. PSYCHE: TMBG is a fantastically creative and innovative band that anyone who wants any musical depth should spend a great deal of time listening to (particularly if your name is Corwin) and we have not been listening to enough of it. AYRN: *hangs his head in shame* AYRN *with Stitch's voice*: Ooo! We LOVE Stitchliloness, it very good, yes! PSYCHE: It's so kyoooooot~! AYRN: Water is good, especially in Nalgene bottles. It's *just the right amount,* and like it's blue-tipped hero bretheren, it's nigh invulnerable. HYDROBITCH! PSYCHE: I'm the Hydrobitch. AYRN: Ice cream. Klondike bars melt too fast. PSYCHE: They melt too fast. ~TIEDYED BUTTERFLIES |

[Back!|Ahead!] | "WHEELS" From Popcorn (By Hot Butter) Note: I like Popcorn, without that weird butter-with-a-z they put on it. The trick is to eat the yellow kernels. This is the only instance in which you would explicitly WANT to eat something yellow.) |
